Payment
For Malaysian buyers, you can choose to pay in Ringgit (with market conversion rate) and payment can be arranged with local banks transfer.
For Overseas buyers, please transact via online banking tranfer i.e. Citibank etc

Shipment
We use SkyNet and PosLaju Malaysia with tracking number upon shipment.
For delivery within Malaysia and to Singapore, 2 to 4 working days are required for delivery of goods to arrive at your door step after we send out your goods.
5-7 working days needed for International Delivery.

**For Internationally sometime will take longer time up to 21 days,it depends on the local post office traffic as well.
If you would like to expedite your shipment, please ping me for your details and shipping quotes.

A few more Shipping Policies:

I am not responsible for items not received if you provide incorrect address. Normally I ship by the address you provide(I will reconfirm your mailing address before shipment). I will send the confirmed address & traking number.
If your item did not reach you after shipped (with tracking number available), it could be caused by unexpected factor, both buyer and seller will co-share the cost, means I will only refund 50% of your payment. (of course we don't hope this to happen).

Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted. You needs to pay shipping for returned items. As long as they are retuned within 14 days from the delivery date & are in the original, undamaged state, returned items shall be fully refunded. Should you decide to return anything, please email me at xiaobai1616@gmail.com.

If I am the one that makes the mistake, I will bear the cost.
